[Some questions were not asked aloud\, but were submitted to us in writing.] As promised\, we have compiled the Answers to all the Questions\, you can VIEW THEM HERE along with links to RESOURCES.\n* * * * * *\n\nIn collaboration with the ArchLou Office of Family & Life Ministries \nFamily Renewal Project presents \nGod\, Sex\, & Science\nDecoding the Meaning \n\nWhat do sex\, our bodies\, and science reveal about God and His plan for our happiness? Come hear & interact with a variety of experts as they engage one of the central questions of human existence.\n\nMORE INFORMATION BELOW THE GRAPHIC:\n \n  \nGod\, Sex\, & Science: Decoding the Meaning \nThis very special FREE event is unlike any ever offered in Louisville.  \nFilled with goodness\, truth\, & beauty\, this event is for young & old\, male & female of all ages\, single or married\, teens to grandparents\, teachers\, catechists\, clergy\, religious & laity!\n\n So God created man in his own image\, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.  – Genesis 1:27\n A frequently asked question (usually accompanied by some level of regret or disappointment) is “Why haven’t I ever heard this before?”  This event will provide basic information that everyone needs along with the moral and spiritual advantages of living happily in accordance with Church teachings and natural law.  Knowing and understanding the science of our bodies leads to greater appreciation of and respect for self as well as femininity and masculinity\, empowers young men and young women to make good choices\, leads to better overall healthcare\, and provides the impetus for all men and women to live virtuously in every stage/state of life. As humans\, we cannot fully understand ourselves individually as male or female if we don’t understand the other. \n “Knowledge of humanity passes through masculinity and femininity.“  – Pope Francis\n Catechist Credit is available for teachers and parish catechists in the Archdiocese of Louisville: 2 credits will apply toward Theology (1 credit in the content area of Family Life and 1 credit in the area of Catholic Beliefs and Practices) *Those seeking credit must register (for all other attendees registration is not required\, but very appreciated).  \n\n\n\n\nALL are invited {Teens @ parental discretion}\n Thursday\, July 28\, 2022 @ 6:30 – 8:30PM\n\n$ FREE\n* Registration is not required\, but very appreciated\n\nThe event will begin in the Church.
