DESCRIPTION:Family Renewal Project Presents\nTOB 1: Intro to Theology of the Body CRASH COURSE\n\n\n \nRSVP for this Course by completing the form at the end of the page.\nWatch Our Promo Video HERE!!! \nFriday\, August 25\, 2023 @ 6:30 – 9:30pm AND \nSaturday\, August 26 @ 8:00am – 4:00pm \nIn the Riede Room @ Holy Family Catholic Church \nCourse is approved for ArchLou Catechist Credit. \nThis consolidated crash course is an ideal solution for those who aren’t able to attend consecutive weeks due to work\, family obligations\, travel distance\, etc. \nMake it a special weekend . . . \nEnjoy dinner before the evening session on Friday\, [stay overnight\, if you live out of town] and spend all day Saturday receiving the gift of Theology of the Body … you will be glad you did! \n* The course is scheduled to end so those who are able can attend the\n4:30pm Vigil Mass (on site) at Holy Family * \n\n\n\n\n$20 per person; $30 per couple (or family living in the same household) \nFREE for college students; missionaries; and clergy \n* Nursing Infants are Welcome * \n* If registering as a FAMILY\, choose ‘Couple’ and complete the fields for the first two people\, then ADD remaining names\, etc in the ‘Comment/Questions’ box at the bottom of the form * \nAccompanying Minors: There are excellent Theology of the Body materials available for children of all ages\, however\, this course is designed for a more mature audience. Some may say “youth minister\,” but after five years of dedication to youth\, John realized that developing disciples was the ultimate goal. \nJohn has attended & led pilgrimages to the last 4 World Youth Days: Madrid\, Spain; Rio de Janeiro\, Brazil; Kraków\, Poland; Panama City\, Panamá and he and his wife are planning to attend together this year in Lisbon\, Portugal. \nFor over six years\, John served as the only male chastity instructor in the Archdiocese of Louisville. Every school year he & one of his female counterparts would teach a multi-day course at over 40 schools (Catholic\, private\, and public). \nJohn is now the first and only person in the Archdiocese of Louisville to have completed his Master’s Certification in Theology of the Body from the TOB Institute … a major accomplishment! \nJohn married his wonderful wife\, Crystal in October of 2019.
