We are here to assist you! \n502.303.1996 (call or text)\nemail: info@familyrenewalproject.com \nDate/Time:\nFriday\, July 17\, 2026 (6:30pm – 9:30pm) AND\nSaturday\, July 18\, 2026 (8:30am – 4:30pm)\nLocation:FRP Headquarters | 4545 Bishop Ln\, Suite 201\nCost: $20 per person or $30 per couple. FREE for college students\, missionaries\, and clergy. \nDo you wonder  . . .  \n\nHow do I live my life in a way that will bring true happiness? \nWhy do I have all of these desires in my body? … in my soul? … and what am I supposed to do with them? \nWhat does it mean to be a man? What does it mean to be a woman?\nWhat does it mean to be human?\n\nThe culture—the world we live in and that our children and grandchildren are growing up in—is utterly confused about the answers to these questions!  \nFor such a time as this\, we have been given (and you have the opportunity to receive) the great gift! \nGod Himself took on flesh—He became a human person\, a man\, a body! Our bodies matter: in fact\, they tell a divine story!  \nJoin us to discover your story\, your identity\, and your true purpose!  \nThis consolidated crash course\, starting on Friday evening and ending on Saturday afternoon\, is an ideal solution for those who aren’t able to attend consecutive weeks due to work\, family obligations\, travel distance\, etc. \n* Nursing infants are welcome. \nCourse Overview:\nThis course is an excellent introduction to the teachings of the Church known as “Theology of the Body” and will provide a solid understanding of God’s plan for humanity. Using the Ascension Press series An Intro to Theology of the Body: Discovering God’s Master Plan for Your Life (an 8-part study that we have consolidated into a weekend crash course)\, the interactive course will include time for reflection\, discussion\, and prayer. \nThis opportunity is for every “body” who desires to reach his or her full potential in this life and become Fully Alive — young\, old\, single\, married\, parents\, empty-nesters\, clergy\, and religious! \nParticipants under age 18 may attend if accompanied by parent/guardian. \nRegistration:\nRegister by completing the form at the end of the page.\nIf registering as a family\, choose Couple and complete the fields for the first two people\, then add remaining names and information in the Comment/Questions box at the bottom of the form. \nRegistration fee includes Handouts\, Snacks\, and Drinks throughout and a Continental Breakfast on Saturday. For lunch on Saturday\, either bring your own lunch or prepay and lunch will be provided for you. \nAccompanying Minors: There are excellent Theology of the Body materials available for children of all ages; however\, this course is designed for a more mature audience. Children under the age of 18 can attend at the discretion of their parents (guardian) and must be accompanied by an adult. \nCatechist Credit: All Family Renewal Project courses qualify for Catechist Credit through the Archdiocese of Louisville Office of Faith Formation. Those seeking credit\, please complete the appropriate information on the registration form so we know to verify your attendance. \n\n\n\nMaterials:\nA course handout will be provided (no additional cost). \nA digital workbook and online access to the accompanying videos for one year is available from Ascension Press. Click here to purchase. \nPast Comments:\n“I knew about TOB but couldn’t explain it or really know what it was. I do NOW!” \n“I feel better prepared to discuss the sacrament of marriage.” \n“The teachings make sense and should be regular because it becomes so easy to get lost/influenced by culture\, even as an active Catholic.” \n“Loved every moment of our discussions and the people who came!” \n“Amazing! Clear\, intelligent\, and concise presentation.” \n\n\n\n\nFacilitator: Ayane Mundy\n\n\nFor questions or additional information\, please contact us:\n502.303.1996 (call or text)\nemail: info@familyrenewalproject.com \n

Ben Cameron was born in Kokomo\, Indiana\, and grew up as a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. During his junior high and high school years\, he attended a small Christian school that was operated by a local Baptist church. It was in that non-Catholic environment\, where his faith was often challenged\, that he began to study the Catholic Faith. \nFr. Ben is a 1991 graduate of Christendom College\, a small Catholic liberal arts college in Front Royal\, Virginia\, where he became involved in a lay apostolate known as the Legion of Mary\, which awakened his desire to share his Catholic Faith with others. Upon receiving his degree in Political Science and History\, Fr. Ben planned a career in the political arena but soon found that God had other plans. He joined the Fathers of Mercy in 1992\, studied theology at Holy Apostles Seminary in Cromwell\, Connecticut\, and was ordained to the Holy Priesthood on May 31\, 1997. Fr. Ben has served as Vocation Director\, Treasurer\, Mission Director and Assistant General of the Fathers of Mercy during his priesthood. He has served as a full-time parish mission preacher and retreat master (2000-2018)\, and as pastor of St. Helen’s Parish\, Glasgow\, Kentucky\, and its mission church\, Our Lady of the Caves in Horse Cave\, Kentucky (2018-2022). Currently\, he is again serving as a full-time parish mission preacher and retreat master. \nThe Congregation of the Fathers of Mercy was founded in 1808\, originally under the title of the “Missionaries of France.” The community was founded for the purpose of re-evangelizing the French people after the Catholic Faith had been subjected to years of attacks and persecution during the French Revolution. It is now an exclusively American community. The Generalate of the community is located a few miles outside of Bowling Green\, Kentucky. The primary apostolate of the Fathers of Mercy is to conduct parish missions and retreats\, which are now given throughout the United States\, Canada and Australia. \nDuring this “Servants of the Secret Fire” retreat\, Fr. Ben will encourage and challenge participants to make a stronger\, deeper personal commitment to Jesus Christ and His Church and he gives multiple talks on “The Christian Vocation in the Lord of the Rings.” \nSPACE IS LIMITED! SUMMARY:Life-Giving Wounds Book Study
DESCRIPTION:Details:\nWho: Adult Children of Divorce (18+) \n\nDates: Weekly on a weekday starting on the week of September 14th and ending on the week of November 9th \nTime: 7:30pm-9pm \nLocation: TBD \nCost: $20 (includes your copy of the LGW book\, weekly snacks & drinks) | $10 if you already have the book \n  \nFRP invites you to join a book study on Life-Giving Wounds by Dr. Daniel Meola and Beth Meola. This study is created especially for those who have been impacted by the divorce or separation of their parents and are seeking a space for reflection\, healing\, and hope. \nOur gatherings will meet from 7:30pm-9pm and will be gently facilitated to curate a space of safety\, confidentiality\, and respect. Together\, we will read and reflect on the book\, share at our own comfort level\, and explore how God can bring healing and life even from painful family experiences. No one will ever be required to speak—listening is always a full form of participation. \nThis is not a therapy group\, but a faith-based\, relational space grounded in compassion\, prayer\, and honest conversation. The goal is to foster connection\, name wounds that often go unseen\, and support one another as we move toward greater wholeness. \nThis book study will be facilitated by Fr. John Baptist and Ayane Mundy. \nWhat is Life Giving Wounds?\nNo matter your age when it happened\, the effects of your parents’ divorce or separation are deep and long-lasting. Life-Giving Wounds is a national ministry specifically for adults (18+) whose parents are divorced or separated — providing a unique opportunity for men and women who are the children of divorced or separated parents to give voice to their pain and experience Christ’s transformational healing\, together with peers who know the challenges that broken homes cause. \nClick HERE for answers to Frequently Asked Questions. \nRegister\nFill out my online form.
