How you nourish, move, and even clothe your child contributes to his or her health. No pressure, right? In this workshop, we break it all down for you. Learn strategies for naturally building your child’s immunity, developing stamina and strength, calming a ramped up nervous system, and even navigating treat centric holidays like Halloween.
For information of the other workshops in the series, click on each date: August 13 | Sept 10 | Oct 8 | Nov 19
- Split the cost and admission with someone you know! Register for the full 4-workshop series — you attend the workshop(s) that interest you and someone else attends the others.
- Prepay for the full 4-workshop series and enjoy the flexibility to share one or more workshops as a GIFT! If you can’t attend a session (or the topic isn’t for you) — gift your spot to a friend or family member at no extra cost. They simply check in under your name.
