Hey everyone!
For those who attended Awaken Advanced Level 1 last May (which served as my TOB Institute Practicum last May) … THANK YOU!
If you weren’t able to make it, I invite you to watch the 4-part video series of Awaken Advanced Level 1 as a way to prepare for Awaken Advanced Level 2.
* For your convenience HERE is a link to the Level 1 videos and the link is also included below. Awaken Advanced Level 2 will be a fast-paced, in-depth immersive experience. A study guide will be provided which will aid you in receptivity and openness to the Spirit.
So we can plan accordingly, please PRE-REGISTER (scroll down to complete the online registration form). Cost is $15 per person. Anyone seeking Catechist Credit through the ArchLou Office of Faith Formation, must PRE-REGISTER (for your convenience, we can submit an invoice to your parish or school).
In addition to the study guide, Family Renewal Project will provide drinks & snacks throughout the day. For LUNCH you can either bring your own OR pre-pay when you register and we will have lunch available for you. ($10 per lunch)

John Sohl
John is a graduate of Western Kentucky University who loves hunting, fishing, hiking, theater, videography and after a long hiatus since playing D1 baseball, he returned to the field this summer in a young adult league!
After discerning the call to the priesthood, John transitioned from seminary to the role of discipleship leader in the Archdiocese of Louisville. Some may say “youth minister,” but after five years of dedication to youth, John realized that if he’s really doing his job, he’s developing disciples. (Those who know him can attest that he’s “really doing his job.”)
John has attended & led pilgrimages to the last 4 World Youth Days: Madrid, Spain, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Kraków, Poland, Panama City, Panamá.
From 2015-2022, John served as the only male chastity instructor in the Archdiocese of Louisville. Every school year he & one of his female counterparts taught a multi-day course at over 40 schools (Catholic, private, and public).
