Elina S. Holland, MS obtained her Masters in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Psychological Sciences (IPS) at Divine Mercy University (2016) and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky (2014) with a degree in Psychology and minors in Neuroscience & Business. She has clinical experience helping individuals, couples, and families overcome issues, with an emphasis on integrating modern psychological science and a Catholic anthropology in order to achieve lasting, meaningful changes. In 2019, Elina became the founding therapist for FRP‘s Good Shepherd Institute of the Bluegrass Catholic Counseling Center. In 2021, she transitioned out of clinical work to being a fulltime stay-at-home wife & mother and part-time psychoeducational presenter.  She and her husband, Jonathon are the proud parents of five beautiful children.

What is IPS/Divine Mercy University? In 1999, a group of psychologists and academicians saw the immense need for an institution of higher education that could bring psychology into harmony with the truth and wisdom of the Catholic-Christian vision of the human person, a life of virtue and moral values. IPS/DMU is the only graduate school in existence devoted to integrating the best psychological science with a Catholic view of the human person and the moral life.
