Lenten Therapeutic Group: Suffering Well
February 11
This group is designed for adults who are seeking a deeper, more meaningful way to engage suffering and life’s challenges. Using Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl as our primary text, participants will explore how suffering, when approached with intention and support, can become a pathway to healing, resilience, and personal growth.
Each session will include guided discussion, therapeutic reflection, and practical exercises in a confidential and supportive group setting. The group is facilitated by a trained clinician and intentionally limited in size to encourage thoughtful dialogue and connection.
